Overall purpose of the role: The Senior Banker will be in charge of the coverage of UK Banks, Specialist lenders and Building societies and also responsible for the bank's relations with its UK banks major accounts, who are strategic clients in terms of both the potential volume of business and the diversity of the services Natixis is able to offer them.

Main responsibilties of the role:

• Direct coverage of UK Top Tier Banks, UK Challenger banks, UK Specialist lenders and Building Societies
• Manage the bank's relationships with these clients for Natixis CIB
• Being the main point of contact between Natixis and the clients
• Work in close partnership with the bank's various business lines in order to provide global solutions
• Identify potential business with each client and introduce Business Line
• Support Business Lines in the relationship with the existing and prospect clients
• Organise meetings with Natixis executive management and clients to raise Natixis brand and create long term relationships
• Get in-depth knowledge of the clients, in terms of their history, organigram, decision process, activities and challenges. Client mapping and identification of main touch points

- Demonstrable experience of relationships (CFO, Treasurer level) with UK Banks, building societies and specialist lenders
- In-depth Corporate and Investment Banking product knowledge
- Working practice in Sales, Investment Banking or Coverage on UK Banks, Building Societies and specialist lenders
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, working under pressure to meet deadlines, and the ability to respond creatively and quickly in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Effective team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written communication is necessary; the ability to convey thoughts clearly and succinctly and to communicate pertinent complex information in a clear and organized manner
- Flexibility and initiative are essential requirements for the role
