Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their customer data programmes. The team have created several core tools and capabilities that can be adopted as services across the business which include:

  • Global Registry and Customer Search Portal – fully cross referenced and linked party IDs and relationships plus a portal for a 360-customer view
  • Customer Cloud (API Service) – Common API service for access to trusted external and internal data sources
  • Extension Platform – A practical and extensible storage facility to control higher levels of customer data

 

The role will be part of a small central London team mobilising and delivering customer data change across Global Business and Global Functions at all levels of the business.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Co-ordination and collaboration across a globally federated organisation
  • Collation of key change artefacts ensuring that they are fit for purpose and signed off by the appropriate authority
  • Set high expectations of quality and put in place quality assurance processes
  • Analysis and management, along with timely status reporting, including issues, risks, dependencies. 
  • Manage and drive the shaping, planning and delivery of the allocated projects
  • Manage and drive the delivery of critical dependencies across a federated organisation
  • Own and develop individual project plans and other required documentation as required for project governance
  • Translate communications and stakeholder management strategy and plans into executable actions
  • Co-ordinate, administer and sometimes lead working groups and committees
  • Prepare/distribute meeting agendas/papers and document/distribute minutes and actions
  • Create and maintain stakeholder distribution lists, map to communications and stakeholder management plans and co-ordinate communications distribution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on change artefacts eg User Stories etc

 

 

Experience:

  • Extensive BA / PM experience (minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst) within financial sector which must include data management environment
  • Solid experience of Digital and Cloud, particularly Google Cloud
  • Ideally you will possess previous management consultancy experience
  • Working experience of end to end delivery from initiation, mobilisation through to execution, handover to BAU and closure
  • Good technical understanding of data and data management
  • Knowledge of IT tools & technology that support customer data management
  • Proven track record of working with global cross business, cross functional projects incl interaction with countries
