    Better starts and ends with the customer
    We'll be looking for you to approach business prospects on behalf of Western Union in order to attract new clients for our Business to Business (B2B) division. You will influence everyone from the owner of a start-up, to the finance director or chief executive officer of a large, established corporation. You will consult with them on their currency requirements and their risk profile, whilst offering Western Union payment solutions. You will be managing the full sales-cycle up to on-boarding the new client, before handing over responsibility to your colleagues in the client account management team.

    You will need to be ambitious, self-motivated, confident with high integrity and tenacity to outperform the competition. You'll be financially astute with knowledge of business needs and concerns and must be able to demonstrate success in new business sales in a dynamic environment consistently achieving or exceeding targets. You'll also need to possess a deep understanding of consultative sales principles, be adept at executive corporate level negotiations, and building long-term client relationships. Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry, and especially the Foreign Exchange market is required.
