Are you a real estate or Private Equity pro, looking to develop your career within business development?
We are recruiting for a Business development manager within the Real estate and the Private Equity divisons, for an extremely successful and well established asset management firm.
In this role, you will be strategizing the new fund product launches and capital raising – working alongside the head of Business development.
Responsibilities:
– To capitalise on new opportunities alongside the Head of Business Development
– To work on the production of a product launch, build strong relationships and work closely with the central marketing function
– To identify relevant investor targets
– To assist in the selection of placement agents, tax advisors and lawyers
– To be an active participant alongside placement agents in road shows
– To contribute to new product development initiatives and provide market intelligence
– To update and improve the database to keep track of new investor relations, and capital flow
– Analyse potential deal ideas using excel
– Increase the businesses visibility within industry forums and seminars
– Utilise existing contacts to maximise investment opportunities
The successful candidate:
– Will be a strong business developer with excellent relationship building abilities both internally and externally
– Excellent presentation ability – must be able to present a technical product to senior individuals
– Strong management skills
– Good networking skills
– Analytical and ambitious
– Good knowledge of the Real estate/ Private Equity division
