Working with directly with the sub-regional heads and their teams to implement the strategy and framework and define key performance indicators to measure the programs success. As well as this you will implement and execute initiatives across Distribution.
To be considered for this role you will have extensive experience in Investment Management and proven experience of implementing a Sales Management function including creating and implementing a Sales Framework. You will have strong Investment product knowledge and knowledge of the EMEA distribution channels. You will have outstanding interpersonal, influencing and relationship management skills and have the ability to work collaboratively across the firm. Strong analytical skills are essential. Fluency in a European language will be highly beneficial.
