A commodities firm who have seen their headcount grow in numbers through the past few years are looking for an individual to join their expanding corporate governance. This role will see you act as the Senior Compliance Analyst reporting directly into the compliance manager and head of department.
The purpose of this hire is to improve the department’s ability to support / deal with the growing regulatory demands on the business. Due to the firms geographical footprint they are exposed to regulations including Dodd Frank, EMIR. MiFID, MAR and the FCA regulations which are relevant to their business lines (Commodities and Derivatives). You will also be exposed to the CEO of the business and be tasked with delivering hard messages to the business as well as upskilling people’s knowledge.
