Senior Director – EMEA Head Commercial Strategy
Job Description
  • Lead and develop the commercial and strategic business plan for the EMEA region
  • Analyze and anticipate key market trends and new business opportunities through regular engagement with customers, market analysts and regulatory bodies
  • Monitor and track latest technology trends and competitive insights in the EMEA region
  • Develop MA reputation in our Developing Markets through thought leadership, marketing activities, and engagement with our target customer segment
  • Determine key factors for success for MA's solutions and work with product, advisory and research teams to develop and build solution(s) capabilities
  • Develop relevant and timely materials for sales and product teams to support deals' sales cycle, including but not limited to proposals, work orders etc.
  • Maintain relationships at all levels with clients, prospective clients, industry experts, and other groups at MA
  • Provide actionable, fact-based intelligence and insight to the business leaders, sales teams, research and product management groups
  • Attend conferences and industry events to promote MA solutions in EMEA as required

  • Be commercially focused
  • Strong understanding of data and analytic practices to risk and financial modeling, balance sheet management, stress testing and regulatory requirements
  • Able to build rapport and relate to others at all levels
  • Organized, strategic, creative work ethic and ability to clearly articulate how plans will impact organizational goals
  • Proven ability to run or participate in meetings with senior and C-level management
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to all levels of the organization (internally and externally)
  • Innovative approach to solving complex issues and problems
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels with clients/prospects and the internal organization
  • Team player with management skills and the ability or potential to lead others
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong work ethic, professional and personable
  • BSc, MSc, PhD or related degree required
  • Working knowledge of existing Moody's Analytics solutions and data is a plus
