Senior Fund Controller - Leading Private Debt Investment Manager

The firm has grown massively globally in the past few years after a number of very successful years and want someone to work as a number two to the current European CFO.

They have a finance team based in London of around 6 people and will continue to grow this out in the coming years. This will involve a mixture of hands on work and people management. It will allow the opportunity to work with a complex asset class and take on a challenging role whilst joining a highly successful firm at a pivotal time for growth.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant who has relevant experience covering private credit/debt at a hedge fund, investment manager or a fund administrator. The culture is very collaborative and sociable with a number of the team spending time together outside the office.

They will offer a base salary of around £90k and their bonuses will be truly market leading compared with equivalent roles. This firm want to hire the best talent available so will put together an exceptional package for the right candidate.
