Responsibilities will include underwriting and analysis of opportunities, production of IC papers, oversight and involvement in all aspects of the execution DD
Must be super strong on Excel and able to take a US model and rebuild to suit the UK market
Should have experience of supporting a deal process across all stages
Excellent written and spoken English is required
