The role is to work on FIS EMEA's new Payments as a Service product, the area is expanding quickly with new clients on the books therefore the PMO unit needs to expand with this. The PMO is still a fledgling function, therefore needs new PMO resources with backgrounds in setting up and running new PMO functions in fast past environments. The Senior PMO should be able to run the day to day activity of a PMO as well as drive the standardisation of E2E programme delivery.

  • Scheduling & chair internal programme meetings
  • Minutes & Actions
  • Risks and Issues reporting/ updates
  • Communication updates on Risks, issues, meetings and internal programme updates
PlanView (time tracking)
  • Planview reporting and tracking
  • Planview access
  • Planview maintenance
  • Collating programme billable expenses
  • Expense reporting
  • IRF and IAF invoicing
  • Support forecasting & planning activities
  • Forecast analysis
  • Resource utilisation
Required Skills & Experience
  • Graduate of sciences, finance or business degree
  • Competency with office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MSP)
  • Experience on large scale projects within financial services on change projects/ programmes
  • SharePoint management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience establishing/supporting a PMO in a large-scale Programme
  • At least 2 years in PMO analyst role
Desired Skills & Experience
  • PlanView SME
  • Knowledge of JIRA
  • Previous planning experience
  • Previous experience with programme cost and revenue analysis
  • Prince 2 foundation/ practitioner
