About the role
Rather than a prescriptive list of skills, we would love to see how you would apply yourself to the following three objectives

Growth mindset - Make an immediate impact on the business by identifying iterative solutions to impact Trussle's growth

Long-term impact - Help identify long-term strategic product vision to help Trussle be the #1 home ownership brand in the UK

Scientific approach - Achieve all above by identifying strategic wins for the Trussle product through insights, testing, and iterations.

About you
Clear results focus - More than satisfaction from designing nice looking products, you are interested in measuring quantitatively the impact of your design initiatives (e.g. you follow metrics such as customer acquisition, bounce rate, sign up completion, etc. and their fluctuation after design changes to quantify the impact of your work)

User centricity - Whether your user is an internal stakeholder or a customer, they are always at the center of your design approach - this can be reflected by extensive work on user research studies (e.g. surveys, interviews, usability tests), as well as focus on user stories, user journeys, etc.
