An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Fintech services salesperson with strong consultative sales and relationship management skills to join a Consulting firm providing advisory services to Tier One banks in the UK and Europe.

Our client is a Consulting firm providing advisory services to major banks in Europe. Due to expansion, they are looking to hire an additional Relationship Manager to their sales team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for consultative sales and customer relationship management. This role would suit someone who has previously held a sales or relationship management role that was focused on Fintech for a Management Consulting Firm, Recruitment Firm or other service provider. Candidates must have experience working with tier 1 banks.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
  • Provide consultative sales to major banks and other Financial Services firms.
  • Manage existing client relationships as well as developing new ones.
  • Identify and nurture opportunities within existing clients and prospects.
  • Work closely with Professional Services to ensure smooth transition to delivery.

Requirements:

  • Excellent sales track record within a service-led firm.
  • Experience selling to major (tier 1) banks in the UK &/or Europe.
  • Consultative-sales led approach.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of banking operations.
  • Experience working in/with Programme & Project managers would be advantageous.
