Job Purpose To acquire and distribute, if appropriate, bi-lateral and syndicated property loans. To build up both Corporate and Banking customer relationships and to develop business opportunities with existing clients. To be responsible for managing property loans post origination.

Main Tasks

  • To identify, evaluate and pursue potential business opportunities including the building of business relationships with existing and new primary counter-parties.
  • To manage all aspects of the origination process from marketing, analysis, due diligence, credit presentation and legal documentation
  • To manage external transaction process with clients and to closely monitor and to co-ordinate internal departments and external advisers who may be required in the credit approval process
  • To manage and maintain quality of existing loan book

Syndication/distribution assistance of loans arranged by the Bank

Required Skills

10 years relevant Real Estate Sector experience, which must include;

  • Marketing
  • Client account management
  • Extensive Negotiation experience
  • Financial data analysis
  • Property Loan structuring
  • Finance fundamentals and issues
  • Knowledge of legal documentation
  • Knowledge of Bank operations

Individual must be highly organised
Oral/ written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and Access
Self motivated professional with a flexible and dynamic manner
