SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER - JAVA

I am currently working with a globally renowned, top tier financial services provider with offices in London. They have been providing personal and corporate banking services for over 100 years across the globe and their office in London is expanding.

We're looking for talented Senior Software Engineers to join the team. Initially you'll be on-boarded remotely, then moving to their offices in central London. You'll be working on multiple platforms and capabilities across FX, e-trading, algo trading and more. platforms are mostly built in Java, so naturally you'll be strongest in this language. You'll also be working on low latency platforms, so experience in this area of development will be necessary.

The ideal senior software engineer will have:

• Very strong corporate Java experience, with an investment or large retail bank, working on large scale and complex systems.
• Experience across most of the following: FX, e-trading, algo trading or fixed income.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, globally distributed company, within a small London based unit.
• Good academics and strong overall software engineering skills - experience with to C++ and kdb+ is highly desirable.

The successful senior software engineer will receive:
