Our client well regarded and growing UK Banking client located in the City of London is on the search for an experienced Senior Talent Manager to join their HR function on a permanent basis in this newly created high profile role.
Your new role
The position is stand alone and will sit within the firms wider HR function reporting into the Head of Talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Talent strategy for the Bank, working closely with the senior leadership team to ensure that the bank finds, grow and retain good people to deliver the banks strategic priorities. You will work closely with HR centres of excellence, HR business partners, business stakeholders and external partners to create, amend and deliver on these strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in working as a Senior Talent Manger, in a similar stand alone role within Financial Services will be a must.
Experience and expertise in developing and implementing Talent identification, assessment and development strategies.
Strong understanding of how to embed Talent approaches that support diversity and inclusion.
Confidence drawing insights from data Strong stakeholder skills with appreciation of appropriate techniques to influence internal and external partners and groups, including ability to write Executive reports.
The ability to work at pace, with agility to respond to evolving demands and to operate effectively across HR and business unit teams.
