Leaders with a track record of stabilising and recovering complex programmes, restoring stakeholder confidence, strengthening governance and driving delivery back on track.

Technology Transformation Leaders

Former CIOs, CTOs, Digital Directors and senior technology transformation leaders who have delivered large-scale technology, data, cloud, ERP, digital or AI-enabled transformation programmes.

Change & Adoption Leaders

Specialists in organisational change, workforce adoption, behavioural change and transformation readiness, with experience embedding new ways of working across large organisations.

Capital Programme Leaders

Senior leaders who have delivered major infrastructure, engineering, utilities, energy or capital investment programmes within highly regulated environments.

What We're Looking For

Successful network members will typically demonstrate:

• Executive-level leadership experience
• Proven delivery of complex transformation programmes
• Experience operating within C-suite environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Commercial, operational and governance expertise
• Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes
• Experience within large corporate, public sector or highly regulated organisations
