About The Role

As a Service Delivery Manager you will be expected to carry out the following roles:

• Manage relationships with world renowned clients.
• Be the centre point of contact for both the client & deployed practitioner team.
• Be accountable for the quality management elements of the managed services contract.
• Assess performance of the team and identify risks.
• Manage cost reporting.

Ideal Criteria for a Service Delivery Manager

• 7+ years heading technical delivery teams/projects
• Track record of delivery leadership
• Experience in managing complex project and program delivery.
• Degree level educated.
• Excellent Communication skills both internally & externally.
