About The Role
As a Service Delivery Manager you will be expected to carry out the following roles:
- Manage relationships with world renowned clients.
- Be the centre point of contact for both the client & deployed practitioner team.
- Be accountable for the quality management elements of the managed services contract.
- Assess performance of the team and identify risks.
- Manage cost reporting.
Ideal Criteria for a Service Delivery Manager
- 7+ years heading technical delivery teams/projects
- Track record of delivery leadership
- Experience in managing complex project and program delivery.
- Degree level educated.
- Excellent Communication skills both internally & externally.
