FIS Post-Trade Services (PTS) is an innovative FIS fintech business, providing derivatives clearing brokers a complete set of operational and technology services for all non-differentiating post-trade operations, application and infrastructure requirements. These services are standardized and mutualized across customers and built on current and future versions of software.

PTS is a global team of 1200+ employees, providing clearing, margining, brokerage and reconciliation operations and technology support from sixteen locations including; New York, Chicago, Raleigh, London, Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney and India.

Position Overview:

The Service Management team within PTS are responsible for ensuring that the customer is happy with the services provided by PTS, through establishing governance interactions and building relationships with each customer. The newly created Service Management Consultant role provides an excellent growth opportunity for the incumbent to work in a rapidly growing fintech business and directly impact the growth of our business.

The Service Management Consultant will play an instrumental hands-on role in defining, planning and executing client governance, representing the PTS business and building relationships with senior business, operations and technology leaders both within FIS and with our customers.

This is a great opportunity for talented and motivated individuals to help shape the future of the PTS business and transform the industry operating model in cleared derivatives processing.

The position would best suit a Graduate with 1-2 years of experience, but we will consider a talented entry level Graduate seeking their first role in financial services

Responsibilities will include:

o Taking an active role in defining, developing and establishing governance interactions with regional and global PTS customers
o Collaborating with internal operations and technology leadership to produce business governance presentations to report the relationship health status to key stakeholders both within FIS and with our customers
o Supporting the PTS executive sponsor's in managing their relationship with the customers, through tracking the overall health of the relationships and escalating issues as appropriate
o Helping to ensure that FIS is meeting its contractual obligations with each customer and providing insight into potential revenue opportunities and risks

Candidate Requirements:

o A keen interest in financial services and technology, with some industry experience preferred (consulting, banking, technology)
o A proactive individual who can manage their own time and workload and actively takes initiative to complete projects and drive ideas
o Prior project experience in Capital Markets and/or Client Services/Client Relationship Management, preferred but not essential.
o Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
o Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
