Description: As the Conversion Rate Optimization Manager you will: Develop and deliver CRO strategies to increase lead generation, capture and value. Own the company's Google Optimize Account and all website testing activities. Create smart landing pages tailored to maximize specific marketing goals. Work with the SEM Manager to create new website pages as required, and on the ongoing optimization of those pages to ensure they achieve optimal conversion while retaining appropriate SEO elements and keyword targeting. Create wireframes to illustrate solutions for designers and developers where new layouts and design modules are needed. Keep abreast of new approaches to CRO (and digital/online activity in general) that could enhance the website, its lead generation performance, brand awareness, and the overall user experience. Plus much more. As Social Media Manager you will: Creating engaging content for all social media feeds which is relevant to the target audience and presents a premium brand image. Devise a schedule in line with the social media strategy for each brand for making posts, whilst also remaining reactive to opportunities to post based on news and events. Working with the sales team to collate existing customer and target customer information - engaging with these accounts via social media channels to help build engagement and brand recognition. Devising a social media plan which communicates all and promotes all information about the brands and their partners. Identifying relevant influencers to engage with and devising campaigns to amplify the brand message via their channels. Devising targeted ad campaigns to promote the brands. Responding to messages and requests which are received via social channels. Maintain interaction with relevant accounts and create a conversation with the wider audience to get the brands recognized with relevant audiences. Out-of-hour monitoring of messages and comments. General ad hoc office duties to ensure departmental tasks are completed. Profile : A proven track record of working in a CRO role. Experience in successfully developing and executing CRO strategies. Experience using CMS, Google Analytics, and other tools such as Google Optimize. Familiar with HTML, CSS etc. Online copywriting experience. Desirable - Proficiency in European languages. Energetic and passionate about delivering the brand message and building a relevant audience. Results-driven with a keen sense for sales opportunities and lead generation which can be generated from social media. Ability to embrace change. Flexibility to react to new market opportunities. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to work in a team and on own initiative - working with the wider company and marketing department to devise the best possible social media strategy. Proven track record in managing social media for major brands. Creative thinking with the ability to self-generate engaging content.
