Software Engineer - Python
Salary: £150-220k total compensation
Summary: This global hedge fund uses a greenfield fixed income platform made up of the latest technologies (Python 3, C++ 17, Docker/Kubernetes and Linux) to create a core infrastructure that will support 35-40 small trading pods (effectively smaller funds that will rely on your core infrastructure), running 24/7. You will work closely with the FICT group to build micro services and integrate them back into the new system.
Requirements: - At least a BSc in Computer Science (or a related financial engineering subject)
- Substantial Python developing experience
- Experience with Fixed Income Pricing in front office trading rates/ FX
- Exposure to quantitative finance
- 5-20 years' experience
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, C++, Linux is desirable
