Software Implementation Project Manager - Operational Risk

- generate the relevant project artefacts to control and manage the project and its deliverables
- work closely with the Compliance & Operational Risk stakeholders and business as well as IT project team members; furthermore you will liaise closely with front office stakeholders

Your team:
You’ll be working in the Group Risk Control - C&ORC change team, focused on the area of Operational Risk. As part of this team, you will act as the Project manager for the implementation of a new system. You will work alongside other project managers, business analysts, business architects and IT all with the focus of Compliance and Operational Risk Control (C&ORC).

Your experience and skills:
You have:
– an understanding of what it takes to run successful projects in financial services and have a green or a black belt in Lean Six Sigma, or are PMP certified
– experience in an environment where no two days are the same
– a degree in business administration, banking and finance, economics, natural sciences, mathematics, engineering or similar area
– worked in a similar position before in the financial industry, preferably in Wealth Management, Retail or Corporate banking - ideally relating to the area of Risk Management or Compliance

– an expert at building networks and connections
– known for hitting deadlines and staying within budget
– able to manage complex global challenges in a multi-cultural environment
