We provide 24/7 support for Bloomberg Professional Service users all over the world and across multiple industries. Reaching us via our 'Instant Bloomberg' chat system, clients access unparalleled customer service where we answer their questions and help them maximise the value of Bloomberg's products. On any given day we respond to over 12,000 queries in more than 15 languages.
Bloomberg is constantly innovating and Analytics plays a key role in ensuring clients are educated on new products and enhancements by proactively working closely with them to upskill them through technology, and delivering on-site training and seminars. We also work in conjunction with Enterprise Sales to deliver on strategic initiatives, supporting product roll-out and onboarding clients. We want to ensure our clients are making the most of our service and using tools and features that allow them to work smarter. Sales:
Our Sales team strive to maximize growth, usage and dependency on our offerings by building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and demonstrating proven expertise in the financial markets. It is crucial we stay one step ahead, pre-empting our clients' needs and presenting them with ground breaking solutions, before they even know they need them. You can expect to:

- Be available to attend the full week (9th-13th August 2021) in a virtual format during BST timezone
- Have completed (or be in the process of completing) all and any higher education and planned studies by 2023
- Have an interest in pursuing a career in finance
- Be fluent in French, German, or Japanese, as well as English
Step 1: Online Application Process: Complete the online application Q&A and our Plum psychometric test, along with submitting your most up-to-date CV. Show us you are eligible.
Step 2: Pre-Recorded Video: Successful candidates will be invited attend a skills session to help them to prepare to submit a winning PRVI. They will be able to leverage this before completing a pre-recorded video interview. Show us you are motivated and have done research on our company.
Step 3: Final Interview: Meet with Team Leaders to discuss your motivations and potential. Show us you are the best person for the Insight Week.
