We believe in treating all candidates with respect (not as a commodity to generate commission), use our technical knowledge to ensure our candidates have the best chances, offer proper careers advice and do not recommend anyone to go forward to roles we feel are inappropriate – all of which mean our candidates both believe in us and come back (whether as candidates, clients or sources of recommendations) whilst we all enjoy and believe in our role.
We are now looking for a new consultant to help fill jobs that our existing (or new) clients are giving to us, whilst also training to become a full recruitment consultant. We are not sales driven e.g. do not believe in enforcing any targets, but do offer a generous commission structure and the opportunity to utilise our databases, facilities, marketing & personal support (including full training) as part of a developing company with a strong brand (and with the possibility of equity participation in the longer term). We will also encourage you to get out & about attending conferences & networking events both to develop your contacts and to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the ever-changing regulatory climate.
You should have at least 12 months Compliance or Financial Crime experience in the UK whether from an in-house department, a consultancy or a regulator, as we believe that doing this role does not need previous recruitment experience (everyone has to start somewhere after all!) just common sense and an understanding of our marketplace. NB Fully office based (otherwise can’t learn from experienced colleagues)
Please send your details to our MD, David Symes FCA, at firstname.lastname@example.org with a note of why you’re interested in a career in Recruitment Consultancy (including a contact number & email) however please note due to Covid we cannot reply to all applications so only successful applications will be contacted (although under no circumstance are your details ever passed on without your specific permission).
The recruiter has stated that all applicants for this job should be able to prove that they are legally entitled to work in the UK. Through application, all candidates signify their acceptance of the above information and confirm that the information they provide is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge
