Our client, a private investment platform with a focus on the private equity and venture capital technology market are currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. The business which allows institutional investors access to the top-performing alternative investment funds has had a very impressive past couple of years and are now going through a substantial period of growth, making it a very busy and exciting time to join. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, working closely with the hiring managers and wider team whilst building out and improving the talent strategy of the business. Alongside recruitment, your role will touch on the broader people function tasks, working closely and learning from an experienced Head of People.
This is a brand new role for the business and is an exciting opportunity for a commercial individual with a background in agency or in-house recruitment within the tech, finance or investment industries to make an immediate impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for the commercial teams, partnering with hiring managers
  • Building out talent pools and ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential candidates for the business
  • Identify opportunities and implement cost effective resourcing strategies
  • Develop strategies to enhance employer branding both internally and externally
  • Maintain and improve recruitment tracking system
  • Design and develop talent strategies and D&I hiring practices
  • Identify and develop talent management programs and policies across the business
YOUR PROFILE:
  • A background working within agency, search or in-house recruitment
  • Experience and knowledge of the investment or private equity space would be advantageous
  • Previous experience hiring multiple functions within a fast paced and growing environment
  • Commercial acumen with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
