Team Assistant, Direct Lending & Real Estate Income

The Role

Due to business growth we are looking for a Team Assistant to provide full administrative support for the Direct Lending & Real Estate Income teams (currently 15 investment professionals across two teams).

Your key responsibilities will be…

  • Full diary, inbox and contacts management for certain individuals.
  • Organising team meetings, including regular portfolio review meetings, investment and credit committees across the two teams.
  • Creating/updating presentations and digital content.
  • Meet and greet external guests and meeting room management as well as answering phones where required.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation, including putting together itineraries.
  • Event and hospitality organisation and bookings along with preparing monthly expense returns for all team members.
  • Provide support for existing Alternative Credit team assistant and other Fixed Income assistants where required.
  • Other general secretarial and administrative duties.

What we are looking for…

You will ideally have PA/Secretarial experience in Asset Management or from a wider Financial Services firm.

You should be proactive, self-motivated and be able to use initiative along with having a positive, flexible, and accommodating attitude.

To succeed in this role first class organisational skills and excellent attention to detail are a must.

From your previous experience you will be able to demonstrate that you can multi-task and prioritise effectively along with having strong interpersonal skills and being a team player.

Excellent IT and communication skills (both written and oral) are also imperative.
