Your role
You will be joining an experienced, widely recognised and expanding team that's collaborative and supportive of your personal and professional development. As part of your role, you'll be comfortable talking about digital workplace strategies and solutions either to your team or in client workshops to C-level stakeholders.

As a senior member of our Digital Workplace team, you will have the commercial experience and capability necessary to support and lead our technology design and transformation engagements. We're looking for people who are natural initiative-takers who bring out the best in others, are brilliant listeners and can grow our business without compromising standards, integrity or culture.

Your role will focus on providing expert advice and the management and delivery of client engagements. You'll have responsibilities for:

•Working with senior leadership teams to re-imagine what the client's future workplace should be and designing new consumer-grade user experiences.
•Leading the delivery of client projects by managing client relationships, developing the scope and engagement plan, managing team members, engagement financials, and overseeing the production of high quality deliverables.
•Delivering workplace technology advice to our clients, identifying strategies and solutions to their challenges and supporting in the creation of business cases as appropriate.
•Taking a leading role with our clients in designing their new workplace through application of user-centred design techniques.
•Advising our clients in how to optimise their workplace technology investments. Leading change for our client's workplace transformation programmes, demonstrating forethought on their long-term sustainable adoption of new technologies.
•Advising our clients in how to drive changes in user behaviour to deliver maximum benefit from the new technologies.
•Working in and managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
•Supporting the continued growth of our business through contributing to propositions, training, marketing, communications and recruitment activities.

Location:
Your home office will be London, but this client-facing role provides lots of opportunity for travel in the UK and overseas.

Your professional experience
•Thorough understanding of workplace technologies and vendors, as well as the industries in which our clients operate.
•Experience in the delivery of Workplace technology projects or programmes as well as delivering business or technology change.
•An understanding of emerging and innovative workplace technologies, and how to shape IT strategy and delivery in order to leverage those technologies
•An understanding of how an IT function operates with experience in assessing and designing Cloud target operating models including organisation and process design for Cloud adoption.
•Desirable to have experience in design, build and delivery of established Cloud productivity and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Office 365, G Suite, Amazon Workspaces).
