An established International bank based in London, seek to recruit a Trade Finance Operations Officer to process and manage relevant Trade Finance business (i.e. Import/Export Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Bills for collection etc.) and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently process relevant Trade Finance business (i.e. Import/Export Letters of Credit, Guarantees etc.)
Review business applications and manage relevant documentation
Liaise with clients to provide technical insight and advice
Address and resolve customer queries related to import/export bills
Maintain and manage a smooth transaction process to avoid internal & external risk
Ensure all processes are managed within regulatory policies and remain aware of any new regulation
Work alongside relevant internal parties

Key Skills

2-3+ years of Trade Finance Operations experience
Experience working with relevant policies and procedures (UCP, Incoterms, ISP, URDG etc.)
Banking/Financial Services experience
Mandarin is essential
