Trader Assistant (trading desk) – Hedge Fund – 80-120k base + Large bonus potential

The role directly supports its flagship book – you will directly face-off to the CIO and traders (who you sit with). The remit of the role extends beyond trade bookings to risk analysis, performance, P&L attribution and execution oversight. It is a street-facing role, with strong exposure to the investment process.

The hire will have the opportunity to progress directly into a trader position, a more senior TA role (supervisory) internally or an international internal move.

Candidates must have exceptional academics, 5-10yrs TA/MO experience, excellent communication skills and ideally some advanced tech.

The role is paying an £80-120k base and roughly a 50% bonus potential, however the range can be up to 100% in an exceptional year for the hire and fund.
