Trainee Planner required for independent, award-winning wealth manager, to provide administrative support to the Wealth Planning team.

As a Trainee Planner at Killik & Co, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Wealth Planning team. At the same time you will undergo a structured training programme, designed to develop your knowledge and skills, with the ultimate aim of progressing into a client-facing Planner role.

Key Accountabilities

• Studying towards Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning (CII/PFS)

• Proactively participate in training sessions

• Learn about the Wealth Planning department, it’s processes, and the cases it advises on

• Supporting Wealth Planning team with all aspects of administration for clients and prospects

• Data inputting and generation of reports

• Assist Planners with annual client reviews

• Liaising with product providers and other third parties to obtain all necessary information on clients’ existing arrangements

• Prepare information received for Planners to conduct their analyses

Qualifications/Experience Required

• Some financial services experience required

• Some financial planning exams preferred but not essential

• Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
