This is a new role created to assist and support the UK distribution function within International Advisory Services. As the team has grown in 2019 and expects to grow in the following years, sales support is required to ensure the team continues to keep sales their key focus. This person will support 4 people within the UK team.

Key responsibilities will include:

 Market and prospect research e.g. via Mandatewire and Preqin
 Monitoring Salesforce data completeness e.g. ongoing client and prospect relationships
 Monitoring consultant databases for completeness
 End to end request organization (e.g. project management of client take on process with legal, compliance etc.)
 Assist with internal stakeholder updates e.g. pipeline calls
 Meeting preparation (collating background information on previous meetings and prospect/client info)
• Presentation and diary coordination
• Attend weekly UK team meetings, minute, and ensure all follow ups are actioned
• Travel and expense assistance
• Manage Seismic, the intenal presentation portal
 Be the distribution lead regarding even co-ordination in conjunction with Marketing
 Build, maintain, and manage an affiliate trip calendar


Technical Skills & Qualifications Required
• 
Organised
 Pro active
 Excellent communicator
 Owner-operator of all tasks
• Some understanding of investment products 


Competencies Required
  
Fully proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel
•   Experience in using Salesforce
   Experience in using Mandatewire (not essential)
   Asset management background preferred
