A global investment bank is currently seeking a Regulatory Change Lead to focus on implementing US regulations across the organisation’s equities business, globally.

The role involves partnering with senior stakeholders across the equities business such as Programme Managers, Business Analysts, Heads of, Directors, Advisors, General Counsel, Legal & Compliance Consultants and Traders – to ensure the successful implementation of change that is required by the current pressing US regulations.

Note: this is a business change focused role, and requires minimal (if any) technology change.

Experience required:

  • SME level of knowledge with Equities & Equity Trading
  • SME level of knowledge with US regulations such as Dodd-Frank, Volcker, 871m, Glass-Steagall Act, Sarbanes-Oxley Act and more
