Our client is a high profile investment manager with an excellent track record, being named one of the top performing Equity Houses of recent years.


Our client is looking for a bright, Sales candidate who can hit the ground running with all round support to the sales and start taking on clients from month 2-3. Our client pride themselves on investing in the right candidates, exposing them to the wider business and helping them develop.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Support business developers throughout the sales process e.g. planning and organisation of meetings materials and subsequent follow up as needed
  • 6 months + start running client meetings, growing clients across the UK and European regions, across institutional and wholesale
  • Design and production of key sales and marketing material
  • Assisting / providing understanding of investment strategies and Brand analysis of existing investment strategies versus each other as well as within the competitive universe
  • Oversight and maintenance of CRM systems
  • Consolidate prospect and client feedback
  • Help coordinate institutional marketing meetings, including briefing information for Head of Institutional Clients, presentation materials and travel details
  • Assisting in the production and oversight of client and new business presentations, fund newsletters, factsheets and other client communication
  • Investment writing in regards to RFPs and other ad hoc queries
  • Coordination and facilitation of various client communication channels
  • Preparation and sign off of supporting materials for relationship managers and fund managers



Necessary qualifications and competencies:

  • Highly competent at Word, Excel and Powerpoint in particular
  • 2-5 years experience within asset management within a sales environment
  • Knowledge and interest in the financial markets and asset management
  • European languages desired
  • IMC qualified advantageous
  • Critical thinking - innovative and creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships across global offices
  • Positive, flexible attitude
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
