Our client a major Bank seeks a VP to join their coverage team with responsibility for the Relationship Management of the subsidiaries of major corporates based outside the UK.

Role Definition:

The role sits within the Multinationals team within the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) business .

The CIB team’s main objective is to support the bank’s major corporates client base to successfully work with them in provision of banking products to support their core treasury, finance and operational needs. The aim is to generate and maintain global relationships with key clients within the portfolio, liaising with (amongst others); treasury, procurement and senior management teams at the client as well as product and coverage groups within the Bank globally.

Role Specific’s:

As an Vice President of the CIB team, you will be responsible for supporting the Sector Head in originating business and also take on some client responsibilities as directed by the Sector Head or Executive Director in conjunction with the Head of CIB, UK. A key element of the role will be to prepare credit applications and business plans to support the provision of various group products including (but not limited to) syndicated loans, DCM, rates products, FX, Securitization, M&A, debt advisory and the full range of the Bank's products.

In addition the successful candidate may have the opportunity to look after a selection of in-bound names from the CIB network taking primary responsibility for managing the names locally including any assigned budgetary responsibility.
