The team sits as part of a wider Financing Solutions team that operates across a number of sectors but has this dedicated Insurance group as one of its key client offerings.
The team provides Structured Financing and Capital Solutions to a broad range of Insurance and reinsurance clients either as structured financing solutions lending against insurance linked assets or capital solutions at an insurance company level targeting capital benefit.
The financing side of the business especially is seeing high levels of growth and opportunity in the current market with the desire to identify additional talent to support its growth at the hear of this hiring move and the successful applicant can expect To apply both strong structuring and financing skills and understanding to excellent technical knowledge of the insurance space to the origination, structuring and execution of these bespoke transactions.
Applications are sought from candidates ideally already working in an Investment banking environment with a focus on Insurance either gained from M&A (FIG with strong Insurance or InsurTech) or Insurance focussed financing.
