My Client, a leading Alternative Asset Manager is looking to hire a Vice President with a minimum of 8 years experience to join their team. This team is responsible for representing the firm's range of credit investment strategies to clients and internal partners. Candidates should ideally be familiar with the Leveraged Finance product.

Responsibilities:
• 
Develop strong relationships with the internal sales force and serve as the initial point of contact and client facing strategist to address their questions
• Engage with internal constituents from across the firm to position and prioritise product suite
• Participate in the launch of new funds including driving the internal approval process, developing legal structures and terms with outside counsel, creating the Fund documentation and liaising closely with distribution in their development of the marketing plan
• Support the development of customised solutions for individual clients
• Partner with portfolio managers to understand and be able to communicate current market conditions, portfolio performance and the opportunities arising for clients
• Project manage and create the firm’s response to client and prospect due diligence (RFPs and DDQs) including managing operational due diligence meetings
• Monitor competitive universe through regular analysis of key competitors’ current and envisaged products
• Attend client and prospect meetings, including pitching for new business, reviewing existing portfolio performance and investments
• Create, develop and maintain marketing materials including thought pieces to assist in investor relations and external engagement
• Manage investor or client reporting for existing products and clients
• Assist those teams managing roadshows, marketing efforts, sales meetings and prospect lists, etc.
• Attend investment meetings with portfolio managers to stay abreast of investment themes, trades, views and news
• Coordinate with internal business teams (Legal, business management, fund admin, operations, risk and portfolio analytics group)
