Award-winning, independent wealth manager requires a Wealth Planning Administrator to provide administrative support to the Wealth Planning team.

As a Wealth Planning Administrator at Killik & Co, you will be responsible for providing a strong administrative support service to the Wealth Planning team.

Key Accountabilities

• Routine administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, collating information, post management and composing written correspondence
• Team administration and compliance regarding client service issues
• Liaising with product providers and other third parties to obtain all necessary information on clients’ existing arrangements, and also regarding commission and fee payments
• Inputting and maintaining accurate client records on Intelliflo and Voyant
• Reconcile monthly wealth planning revenues through Intelliflo
• Product research, information, and new business illustrations as requested
• Preparing paperwork for client meetings, business submission, and processing new business applications

• Maintains a full and proper understanding of the financial services market

Qualifications/Experience Required

• Experience of working in a Financial Planning environment
• Certificate in Financial Planning or equivalent preferred but not essential
• Experience of using Intelligent Office is advantageous but not essential
• Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
