The Wholesale Client Onboarding Manager is responsible for providing full support to the Head of EMEA Client Services to manage the end-to-end coordination of rebate and distribution agreements and ensuring adherence to the relevant audited controls. The role will involve supporting the rebate and distribution agreement requirements for client on-boarding’s across the Wholesale sales channels, ensuring that excellent relationships are maintained with all business areas at all times and that new client business

Role Responsibilities:

Ensuring successful and controlled project management of all new or changes to rebate and / or distribution agreements:
•Primary responsibility for ensuring that all documentation for rebate and distribution agreements are vetted, approved and documented prior to release of payments.
•Internal coordination of the negotiation and completion of rebate and distribution agreements
•Review and analyse rebate / distribution agreement and other relevant schedules
•Coordinate review and input from appropriate business areas to complete documents
•Capture internal business sign offs at each control stage
•Effective communication to impacted business areas
•Documentation of issue resolution and status updates
•Capture of pricing arrangements business approval
•Management of regular work in progress meetings with team and stakeholders
•Partner with Wholesale Client Services team and key business leaders – legal, compliance, sales, finance, and operations - to support the negotiation of agreement terms
•Partner with Wholesale Client Services team to ensure effective workflow, consistent process execution and unified approaches to service offering.
•Obtaining effective sign-off from business areas
•Produce management information reporting on activity
•Lead and/or participate in process improvement projects for wholesale client on-boarding including implementation of processes, ongoing monitoring (including development of solutions to automate monitoring process), and maintenance of books and records.
•Maintenance of internal controls systems (e.g. salesforce)

Key Capabilities:

•Good investment management experience including solid understanding of asset management, financial instruments.
•Must be a structured individual with strong workflow management and project management skills
•Strong ability to work with others both in the team and across the business to achieve effective solutions and decisions.

•Good self-organisational and time management skills; ability to work under pressure to short deadlines
