My client a very successful entrepreneurial style company are looking for a HR & Payroll Administrator to join a growing business. The role works closely with the head office team providing HR administrative support.
Duties to include:-
- HR administration including including producing references, employee relation correspondence, maternity & paternity letters etc
- Scanning of documentation
- First point of contact for employee queries
- Answering calls
- Taking minutes at ER issue meetings
- Supporting the payroll team
