You and your role

As Head of Role for Service Management you will be expected to provide leadership for our thriving Service Management community. Your primary role will be building the capability of a community of 1st line IT support specialists who are providing vital on-site, service desk and business partnering services to over 85,000 colleagues across the country

We're looking for someone with experience of successfully building and recruiting digital skills, capability and capacity in large, complex public or private sector organisations and someone who is a strong Service Management expert with an acknowledged reputation for thought leadership, knowledge and insight particularly within the context of Digital Transformation.

As this is a leadership role you will have lots of autonomy in the position and much of the success will depend on your excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence others and build momentum for change.

We are looking for candidates who have significant experience of Digital Strategy, Delivery and Operations in a large public or private sector organisation
