An exciting opportunity to join GTB's Invoice Finance Team in the North West/London Region. We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious self-starter who wants to develop a career in identifying and delivering invoice finance solutions for both LBG and new to bank clients.

Commercial Banking provides support to corporate clients through the provision of core banking products, such as lending, deposits and transaction banking services whilst also offering clients expertise in capital markets (private placements, bonds and syndicated loans), financial markets (foreign exchange, interest rate management, money market and credit) and private equity. This enables us to meet the varying and sometimes complex needs of all types of corporate clients.
Global Transaction Banking provides a diverse range of products and services to customers of Commercial Banking. You will work collaboratively with an ambitious team to build our business and bring to life the Group vision of Helping Britain Prosper.
An exciting opportunity to join GTB's Invoice Finance Team in the North West/London Region. We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious self-starter who wants to develop a career in identifying and delivering invoice finance solutions for both LBG and new to bank clients. You will work with external introducers and colleagues in Commercial SME Delivery to help meet clients and new prospects working capital requirements.
The Invoice finance/ABL offering plays a key part of the cashflow solution for many trading businesses and is a growth product both within LBG and the UK generally, making this an exciting area to develop a career within GTB and the wider group.
You will also be required to self-generate your own leads from the external market including Brokers etc. You will visit prospects at the bank or in their premises to sell our service, negotiating pricing and terms to matrix as well as educating the external community on GTB and SME banking's wider offering.
Working in the highly successful invoice finance business to deliver new business targets based on our product mix. You will be responsible for writing structured proposals for sanctioning as well as on-boarding these new clients. The role requires that you also work closely with our Client Managers who manage the client relationship after the deal has been concluded.
A genuine interest and understanding in SME businesses and how their business working capital cycle works is important as well as an understanding of financial accounts. Knowledge and experience of Invoice Finance is a key requirement for this position.
This will be a great role for a proven sales performer who wishes to work in a very successful part of GTB/SME and can nurture and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
