We are looking for Senior Infrastructure Engineer with skills and experience in storage to work with us on one of the biggest transformation programmes in Europe, providing services that have far-reaching and pivotal roles in citizens' lives.
In BPDTS Ltd you will be part of an organisation responsible for the delivery of digital platforms and services, real-time analytics and flexible infrastructure, providing secure and resilient services to our partners in DWP. You and your role
You will join our Hybrid Cloud Services On-Premise Hosting (HCS OPH) engineering team as Senior Infrastructure Engineer.
This team is responsible for providing consultancy and engineering expertise across a wide range of technologies including x86 infrastructure, virtualisation, storage and backup.
HCS OPH has responsibility for all compute, storage and backup infrastructure used within DWPs new Data Centres, plus owns and maintains the roadmap for these products to ensure supportability and service is maintained at all times.
