As Lead Infrastructure Engineer for Hybrid Cloud Services, you will lead and direct our specialist teams in monitoring, operating, and supporting technical solutions both on-premises and in the Cloud.

You will develop strategic and tactical roadmaps for hosting security technologies and services, ensuring they are future proofed so we get the maximum value the tech we invest in.

Using all your expertise in best practice and regulations, you'll own the operational relationships with our suppliers and make sure that any services and products they deliver meet our standards.

You will lead our skilled, innovative Hybrid Cloud Services experts in the delivery of Security related Projects and Initiatives. You'll also develop our processes and procedures to ensure proactive management of our Hybrid Cloud Services Hosting Solutions.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?

• Information Security: You have an appreciation of information security, designing solutions and services with security controls embedded, specifically engineered as mitigation against security threats as core part of the solutions and services.

• Technical Breadth: You have a deep understanding of the technical concepts required in their role and understands how these fit into the wider technical landscape. And you understand the limitations of digital technology.

• Test Analysis: You think outside the box, ask the right questions and critically evaluate and communicate findings to a larger team. You can lead investigative work into problems and opportunities in existing processes, driving the collection of information and creation of recommendations for improvements. And you can absorb large amounts of conflicting information and use it to determine solutions.

• IT Infrastructure: You design, implement, administer and support Hybrid Cloud Hosting Security products and services, ensuring adherence to Hybrid Cloud Services and Digital Security Standards and Architectural Principles.
