2nd Line Support Engineer (Onsite role Inside IR35) PART TIME
A 2nd Line Support Engineer with a strong track record of supporting Desktop and Server infrastructure is required to join an existing support function. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will primarily working as part of the Helpdesk.
2nd Line Support Engineer will need most, not necessarily all of the following technical knowledge:
In addition to the above, you must be a strong team player, ready and willing to work in collaboration with a team, sharing knowledge and providing excellent support and customer service to a range of users.
