About the job Marketing Operations Executive - £34K



Our client, a leading technology business based in the East Midlands is urgently seeling a Marketing Operations Executive to help drive more customers, improve conversion rates, optimise digital strategies and work in a class-leading marketing function.



You will be responsible for:

• Reporting and analysing data to identify areas of improvment


• Optimising websites to drive better conversions and ROI


• Reviewing and recommending improvement on email nurture programs/campaigns


• Working with the CRM team and utilising analytics to identify upsell opportunties and customer churn threats


• Using platforms such as Google Analytics, SalesForce.com, Pardot and Hubspot to leverage data to make informed decisions


• Research and advise on the latest marketing technology to assist the business


• Focus on increasing on-site visitors to customer conversions


• Optimise content based on buyer personas

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:



The job holder will be an exceptional candidate, with a proven track record in a similar role. In particular, they are required to have:




Essential

• Strong, working knowledge of SEO


• Ability to pull reports and interrogate date to harness value for the marketing function


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-discipline marketing team


• Strong, working knowledge of marketing automation software (Pardot/Hubspot) and Analytics tools

Desirable

• Exposure to SMS and telecoms


• Background in SaaS
