£15.57 - £16.53 per hour
Temporary contract until the end of March 2027, with the potential to be extended subject to service needs.

Working closely with the Registered Manager, you'll provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to your team, helping them to grow their confidence and develop their skills through coaching, regular supervision and ongoing development opportunities.
The support we provide is centred around each person's values, preferences and needs. This may include supporting people with daily living skills, accessing their local community, personal care, medication, finances, health appointments and achieving personal goals. You'll also be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
A full UK manual driving licence is desirable.

- Have experience supporting people with a learning disability
- Have experience helping others develop their skills and confidence
- Be confident working both independently and as part of a team
- Have previous leadership or management experience, or be ready to take the next step in your career
- Hold a relevant social care qualification
- A management qualification would be an advantage
- Empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead
- Provide effective leadership and day-to-day supervision to a team of Support Workers
- Support the Registered Manager with coaching, mentoring and developing colleagues
- Lead by example and model best practice in person-centred support
- Coordinate support and activities to ensure high-quality, responsive services
- Monitor standards, outcomes and quality across the service
- Support with managing resources, finances and staffing arrangements
- Ensure legal, regulatory and organisational requirements are met
- Promote a positive, inclusive and supportive culture for both the people we support and your colleagues
