Reporting to our Head of Pre-Sales and Implementations manager for the UK and Europe, you will be responsible for supporting our sales and account management team on a range of projects. In this position, you will play an important customer facing role and will acquire an in-depth understanding of our products and technologies to carry out comprehensive discovery workshops, helping design, create and implement seamless solutions for our partners and financial institutions. You will help to ensure the business delivers consistent and clear value propositions, technologically, and commercially meeting the customer needs to drive revenue aligned to our growth strategies.

You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate the most complex of solutions into something black and white, also possessing excellent project management experience, reporting, writing, and presentation skills. You may have experience in a pre-sales role and will certainly thrive in a dynamic customer-focused environment. Building rapport with colleagues and customers you will excel at delivery and have outstanding communication skills as well as a good grasp of relevant technology. A background in understanding code would be helpful n as a minimum you'll be able to demonstrate an aptitude for technology, understanding APIs and STFP's.
