Our Data & Analytics function has the largest Data Warehouses in Government, and you will be joining our Service Management Team in Sheffield.
You'll define the strategy for service management across platforms, channels, and products of products ensuring availability, performance and process maturity across our Data and Analytics landscape.
You'll ensuring we get value and quality in all we do, and make sure we hit targets, SLAs and OLAs.
We're looking for someone who can really own, and manage, stakeholder relationships and make sure that D&A Products and Services are delivering the best value for money while meeting business and user requirements. You'll be the go-to for guidance and for queries about Product/Service design, policy, etc.
You own and coordinate analysis and resolution of complex issues, enlisting support and escalating where appropriate.
You'll also provide some on-call support, and manage teams that carry out service management duties like reporting, incident management, problem management, service level agreement (SLA) and operational level agreement (OLA) management.
