About the role
To manage stakeholder relationships and recruitment activity within a designated business area.

Responsible for business partnering and delivering middle to senior level roles across the business. This role will also focus on positioning Quilter Plc as an employer of choice. Responsible for the end to end recruiting process including sourcing, attraction, assessment and onboarding. You will ensure that all roles are recruited within desired timescales and facilitate all associated recruiting activity.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Initiate advertising of roles including monitoring of response, sifting through CVs and presenting Hiring Managers with a suitable shortlist of candidates to interview.
  • Stakeholder Management with Senior Stakeholders to understand and execute their business specific hiring needs. This will involve regular weekly and bi-weekly calls including face to face meetings as well as regular reporting on live vacancies.
  • Collaborate with HR consultants, Onboarding team, Procurement, External Suppliers to build and develop excellent relationships.
  • Proactively create talent pools and future pipelining activities for the business. Responsible for identifying key skills and proactively sourcing for them.
  • Lead on all activity related to operational recruitment with Hiring Managers including consultative guidance and support on Attraction and Assessment methods.
  • Maintain accurate reporting for all recruitment related activity.
  • Monitor progress of hiring activity in line with outline timescales.



About you
  • Recruitment and resourcing experience, ideally with a mixture of in-house and agency, managing recruitment campaigns from mid-management to senior hires.
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates is essential, as is being able to manage concurrent campaigns and sourcing activities, whist juggling changing priorities.
  • Recruitment best practice experience including compliance such as 'Right to Work'.
  • An effective networker with a passion for the candidate experience and service delivery.
  • Experience using ATS - I-Grasp (desirable).
  • Experience using LinkedIn recruiter - (desirable).
  • Experience with recruiting into Financial Services (desirable).
