My client is a leading Investment Manager Platform based out of London but needing to open an office in Jersey. Based in the St. Hellier office, the Compliance Admin Support will assist the Compliance Team in delivering a range of compliance solutions to its clients. The individual will need to demonstrate thoroughness and reliability in their work and a willingness to work within a team.

Visa Status

The candidate must be eligible to work in Jersey.

1. Assisting with regulatory filings and registrations on government websites
2. Undertaking file checking and file reviews as directed
3. Compilation of reports on request
4. Undertaking specific compliance administrational projects
5. Providing general administrative support to the compliance team
6. Maintaining/updating compliance systems and databases

 Technical Requirements
1. Technical skills: excellent MS Office skills: MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
2. High attention to detail: all work must be completed with the focus on quality
3. Time management: must be able to prioritise and manage time and tasks effectively; this includes a readiness to delegate where

 Qualifications and Experience
1. Educational attainment at degree level not essential but would be an advantage
2. Financial services background and experience required
3. Demonstrable very good standard of English literacy
