3. Form strong internal relationships with colleagues across our company.

After completing your rotations, your career path will be determined by the areas that you express a preference for and the needs of the business. Key Responsibilities

As a graduate joining Record in an Analyst role, you will develop a broad and unique skillset. In your first role in Portfolio Implementation you will be expected to:

1. Gain an in-depth knowledge of Record’s investment strategies and products, and their evolution over time. Products and services include Currency for Return products, Hedging products, and additional services such as Equitisation. Using this knowledge, the Analyst will go on to understand and carry out the implementation tasks essential for delivering our products and services for our clients.
a. Hedging. You will learn how to carry out the monthly rebalancing of clients’ currency hedges, and how to monitor client hedge ratios to ensure that target hedge ratios are maintained.

2. Proactively identify areas where tools could be developed to improve our processes, and recommend enhancements to existing tools.
3. Operate within a robust control environment. This includes adhering to regulatory responsibilities, by measuring complaints, errors, and breaches. Additionally, this requires the provision of all required information for the post trade compliance process, and the escalation of any issues arising from day-to-day portfolio management.
